• Venue planning support including guidance on setup, timeline, preferred vendors, and rental needs

• Round tables (60”) and chairs for ceremony, reception, and food service, including setup & breakdown

• Wifi and solar power with back-up inverter generator for bands, DJ, lights, etc.

• Wedding directional signage placed at final three turns to reach venue

• Vendors including: officiant, photographer/videographer, florist, entertainment (DJ or band with a PA system), hair/makeup

• General event liability insurance (starting around $150)

• Catering & bar services from Food Experience Catering, our fully integrated in-house caterer offering delicious local fare, warm hospitality, and rentals. Reception catering packages start at $99 per guest, with endless options to customize! We also offer modest grazing displays and boxed lunches for elopements and retreats.

  Please note: Cabin Ridge is an open-air venue with most events hosted May - November. Select December - April dates may be available; please inquire!
