Every event at Cabin Ridge includes:

Private access to venue grounds with endless photography opportunities including sunset-facing ceremony lawn with sweeping mountain views, native gardens, arbors, natural spring, meadows, barn with string lighting, and comfortable 40’ x 60’ pavilion with lighting and clear vinyl side walls
Two comfortable and private dressing suites
Venue planning support including guidance on setup, timeline, preferred vendors, and rental needs
Venue support staff onsite throughout access hours
Round tables (60”) and chairs for ceremony, reception, and food service, including setup & breakdown
Rustic wooden bar
Two restrooms
Parking lot with attendants for up to 80 vehicles
Lawn games and fire pit, including wood and setup
Wifi and solar power with back-up inverter generator for bands, DJ, lights, etc.
Wedding directional signage placed at final three turns to reach venue
Trash & recycling bins, including removal

Clients should also plan to provide:

A certified wedding planner or day-of coordinator
Decor and florals
Vendors including: officiant, photographer/videographer, florist, entertainment (DJ or band with a PA system), hair/makeup
General event liability insurance (starting around $150)
Catering & bar services from Food Experience Catering, our fully integrated in-house caterer offering delicious local fare, warm hospitality, and rentals. Reception catering packages start at $99 per guest, with endless options to customize! We also offer modest grazing displays and boxed lunches for elopements and retreats.
